Warranty

All Maui Kool watches come with a ONE YEAR warranty for any manufacturing defects. However, we are offering a TWO YEAR warranty if you register your purchase at the bottom of this page.

***The warranty does not cover any misuse by the owner such as a broken or cracked watch case, broken crystal, band or clasp or damages caused by unnatural use, such as water damage.***

Warranty Period: Two years with warranty registration only, and one year without registration.

Conditions: You must register your product online by filling out the form below to be eligible for the two year warranty or print this page and mail in this completed warranty form to the address below.

Terms & Conditions: If your watch is damaged, you must return it along with proof-of-purchase (receipt) to the address above and we will repair it or replace it with a brand new watch if we are unable to repair yours. Your replacement watch will be the same model you purchased, unless that model is no longer in production. If the model is no longer in production, you will receive a similar model. Please make sure to include your name and mailing address when sending us your watch or any correspondence.
